    This boxing fitness plan is designed for individuals wanting to learn to defend themselves and individuals looking to improve their overall fitness, increase strength, and enhance boxing skills
     
    • Two Thirty-Minute (30) sessions per week
    • Boxing Technique & Conditioning
    • Cardio & Core
    • Boxing Sparring & Drills
    • Active Recovery or Flexibility Training
    • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
    • Strength Training
  • Virtual Monthly plan

    Every month
    This plan includes a meal plan and virtual workout plan. This plan is for virtual clients only. This plan includes 3 workouts per week and a 6 day meal prep schedule
